  1. Hi! I just stumbled upon your blog and I'm so happy I did! I just found out that I am about 6 weeks pregnant and your blog has really helped to motivate and inspire me to continue my running and yoga routine even when I feel like I want to quit. I love how you straight up say that it's all about hard work and discipline, no beating around the bush. It's just what I need to hear. I can't wait to get on the treadmill tonight after work!
